Dodgeball23 - Team Registration

 

Join us as we once again transform a basic ballroom into THE most amazing dodgeball court ever, and light food will be provided. Come battle it out for the title of SAEM23 Dodgeball Champs!

All team members need to be registered for SAEM23

  
 

Note that this is the general team registration, and team names and participant names will be collected closer to the event.
Please be sure your correct email is listed on your registration so that we can contact you for those details. 
All team members will be required to sign an injury waiver form.
